We are especially excited to review applications from scientists with prior experience in immunology, glycobiology, functional genomics, or synthetic biology and a track record of innovative research. Expertise in high-dimensional flow cytometry, in vitro or in vivo immune models, single cell or spatial transcriptomics, and/or CRISPR screening is highly desirable.

Graduate students must first be admitted through one of MIT’s graduate programs, for example the Biological Engineering PhD program. Admitted students are encouraged to email Jessica outlining their background, research interests, and why they would like to join our lab.

We welcome interest from motivated undergraduate students looking to gain hands-on laboratory research experience. Prospective students should email Jessica outlining their background, research interests, and why they would like to join our lab.
We encourage MIT undergraduates to consider applying for internal research funding (e.g., UROP) and undergraduates from other institutions to consider applying for sponsored summer research programs such as MSRP. We are happy to support applications to these programs.
